I happen to be Blessed by having many girlfriends. I have my girlfriends from my high school days, I have my girlfriends from the neighborhood, I have my girlfriends from my twenty years as an elementary teacher, I have my girlfriends from my health club, and I have my girlfriends from my spiritual community. Each timeI get together with these various groups of women, I feel filled with joy. We have laughed, cried, and rallied in these friendships.
From time to time I will blog about these friends, who are so special in my life. I will share specific stories that have inspired me, moved me, and prompted me to be a better person. In fact, my Life is But a Dream blog was written after a weekend spent with my teacher friends.
