What’s Going On?

Yeah, it’s better, but it’s not healed. My back, that is. Sigh…

Some interesting insights that I have observed but that need to be explored even more:

  1. My chiropractor said that this past week was his busiest with back injuries.
  2. I ran into my friend, who is a Reiki master, prior to my back injury, and when she hugged me, she gave me an adjustment.
  3. My friend who channels information from the Angelic Beings said that many of us are experiencing some physical ailments which are reminding us to rest and center ourselves.

As I was driving to town on Friday morning, for yet another chiropractic adjustment, I was pondering the significance of all these injuries and adjustments. “Alignment” came to mind.

Many of us are aware of the 2012 prophecy, and most of us  laugh at it because we view it as the end of the Mayan calendar, and basically, the calendar just flips over to the next page, simply stated. However, there might be more to it than simply flipping the calendar to the next cycle.

I am not going into the 2012 philosophy today, but I will take a little piece of it to discuss what I think is going on with some people experiencing these physical manifestations of alignment or centering.

Some of us believe there are changes occurring that will align with the 2012 prophesy. However, these changes will not be cataclysmic but have been steadily happening for the past couple years. Hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis, etc are a part of these Earthly changes as she adjusts to the new energy. And we are adjusting to the new energy as well.

What is this new energy? It is just a shift into a higher vibration. We can think of it like dimensions of energy. (I have written a blog about that in the past.) Our bodies are three dimensional. Our emotions are in the fourth dimension. We are making adjustments to move into the fifth dimension, which is where our intuition and our spiritual connections reside.

For some people, this adjustment has already happened for themselves. For others, we are in the process of adjusting. Some won’t be able to adjust at all. And some of us are helping those that are willing (in their hearts) to adjust by taking on some of the physical pains for them. That’s where I come in.

Many of my yogis are aware that I am able to feel their physical discomfort when they come into a room. It helps me to make adjustments in our practice. When it becomes too much for me, I can simply acknowledge their pain and then it releases from me. But if I cannot release the pain, then I recognize that this is my own pain and not someone else’s.

So two weeks ago, when I first put my back out, I figured this is my own pain. It had a cause, and then there was the effect. Back pain. I was healing it pretty well when I again put my back out on Wednesday. What is going on? I thought.

But interestingly, in this process of having both back incidences, I had yogis commenting on their own backs and feeling their own pain. And then when the chiropractor said that he had seen a huge wave of clients this past week for back issues, I knew there was still more to it. And I remembered my friend giving me that adjustment in the grocery store on Tuesday. Yes, there is more to this.

So there is this shift of energy that many of us are physcially feeling right now. We are being reminded to rest and take it easy, back off a bit. Get through this burst of new energy that we are assisting others through as well.

That’s what I’ve got right now. As I said, I am still exporing what this all means. I have to ask the right questions to get the right answers, and unfortunately, I am still not aware of the right questions to ask. But as I learn more, I will share what I know.

The most important thing I can tell you today is to listen to your body and only do what feels right for you today. Rest when you need it. Allow yourself to get into alignment. I’ll be doing the same.
